Context-dependent authorizations
SAP_AUDITOR_TAX Collector Role: The SAP_AUDITOR_TAX collection role is made up of module-specific individual rolls and can be seen as a proposal for the read-only role of the tax inspectors (see SAP Note 445148 for details on this role). The transactions and reports included in the SAP_AUDITOR_TAX collection role have been expanded to include additional checks that define the audit period. Some of the transactions and reports included in the SAP_AUDITOR_TAX collection role have also been expanded to include a logging of the call parameters to allow the taxpayer to better understand the auditor's audit trades.
Conceptually, the user types Database User and Technical User are distinguished. Database users are users that represent a real person in the database. As soon as a Database User is deleted, all (!) database objects created by this Database User are also deleted. Technical users are users who perform technical tasks in the database. Examples include the SYS and _SYS_REPO users, which allow administrative tasks such as creating a new database object or assigning privileges.
Customise Permissions After Upgrade
Dialogue users are intended for use by natural persons who log in to the SAP system via SAP GUI (dialogue login). The dialogue user is therefore the most frequently used user type. The defined password rules apply to him. If the password is set by the administrator, it will get Initial status and must be set by the user at login again to get Productive status.
Behind this RFC connection is a Trusted-RFC connection in the ERP system of the system landscape with the naming convention *_RFC. We recommend that you keep the name of the RFC connection for each ERP system in the system landscape and only change the connection data in the RFC connections. You do not need to customise your PFCG roles for the development, test, and production environments. Note that when mixing the single reel with the reel collectors, you will need to maintain the RFC connection in the roll menu of the pulley!
"Shortcut for SAP systems" is a tool that enables the assignment of authorizations even if the IdM system fails.
The website www.sap-corner.de offers a lot of useful information about SAP authorizations.
