Know why which user has which SAP authorization
Make sense in maintaining proposal values
This information is used in the name generation of the external service. In this way, all area start pages and logical links configured in a CRM business role are authorised in the form of external services. Due to the mass of external services that appear in the role menu, it is difficult to keep track of them. Now, to allow only certain external services, you can do the following: First, identify the external service using the permission trace.

In the SAP standard, there is no universally applicable way to automate the mass maintenance of role derivations. We therefore present three possible approaches: 1) Approach to custom development 2) Automated mass maintenance using the Business Role Management (BRM) component of SAP Access Control 3) Use of a pilot note that allows a report for mass update of organisational values in rolls (currently available to selected customers).
SIVIS as a Service
Thanks to the new feature provided with the Support Package mentioned in SAP Note 1847663, it is possible to use trace data from the privilege trace in the SU24 transaction for suggestion value maintenance. The system trace that you can call through the ST01 transaction or the STAUTHTRACE transaction (see also Tip 31, "Optimise Trace Evaluation") is a short-term, client-dependent trace that you can restrict to users or applications.

Similarly, SAP Identity Management version 7.2 SP 3 and above supports the installation of HANA users and the assignment of roles. You can also use Identity Management to add value to the business roles for creating a user with role assignment in the ABAP system and HANA database.

For the assignment of existing roles, regular authorization workflows require a certain minimum of turnaround time, and not every approver is available at every go-live. With "Shortcut for SAP systems" you have options to assign urgently needed authorizations anyway and to additionally secure your go-live.

This also includes access to sensitive data, which are e.g. personal.

In SU56 you can see all the authorizations you have.
