Our SAP support services include SAP Application Management Services and SAP Technical Operating Services. We offer our SAP AMS services for the classic SAP Business Suite ECC as well as for the latest SAP solutions SAP S/4 HANA or the cloud applications of SAO such as SAP SuccessFactors. A special focus lies in the logistics sector, where we have been successfully represented by renowned customers in the automotive and manufacturing industries for several years. The resolution of faults and the processing of service requests is done by adhering to already defined service level agreements. In parallel to the quickest possible troubleshooting (incident management) by providing a solution or workaround, sustainable solutions are also sought (problem management). In addition, the efficient and cost-effective implementation of audited and approved RfCs with minimal risk to the production environment (change management) is implemented. SAP Cloud ALM starts with the implementation portal for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It is expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2018 with the next release of SAP S/4HANA Cloud. SAP plans to extend SAP Cloud ALM beyond implementation support for SAP S/4HANA Cloud with a roadmap for the entire application lifecycle of all SAP cloud products to be available by 2021. The implementation portal for SAP S/4HANA Cloud supports customers in defining the scope of implementation, with Fit-to-Standard Workshops, the configuration of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and tracking the progress of the project. SAP Cloud ALM is designed to complement SAP Solution Manager, SAP's leading ALM solution for on-premise applications. With the introduction of SAP Cloud ALM, customers can select the most suitable SAP ALM solution for them, ensuring a fast implementation and optimal operation of their SAP solutions. SAP Cloud ALM is available to all Enterprise Support customers based on their existing contract.
High SLA Levels
The SAP Support homepage is a platform for the in-house information exchange on SAP reporting. Knowledgeable information related to SAP is presented centrally on this homepage. In addition to the training documents and SAP Online Help and SAP News, account management information such as technical support forms and contacts will also be provided.

Then there is much to do before January 2020! The magic word is SAP Support Backbone - the reliable link to SAP. Whether the hot wire to the SAP Support Portal (e.g. hints), the EarlyWatch Alert Reports or the Maintenance Planner everything is located in the Support Backbone Infrastructure. This has been updated by SAP and changes must be made to their system!
