Scope of SAP Support Services: The following services are included with SAP Support. These can of course be expanded and customised as needed.
SAP Support Portal allows any SAP customer to search for and download SAP OSS notes for questions and problems. 80% of these SAP hints contain coding corrections to solve the technical problem. Most SAP hints contain the description of the complication from a business perspective as well as the technical solution. The Transaction SNOTE implementation tool for coding corrections helps the customer implement SAP hints. A variety of SAP hints are available in German and English. Automatic translations are available from English to Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Spanish and other languages.

We diagnose and resolve incidents, explain the causes of the problem. We analyse, evaluate and implement changes in business processes. We do SAP software update and develop additional applications (ABAP). We advise system users.
All this - and much more - is provided by our REALTECH Service Management Software out of the box. But it doesn't have to be our complete ITSM solution to realise this integration. You don't have to throw proven and powerful Service Desk systems like Jira, ServiceNow, BMC or helpLine overboard. You can integrate the described automatisms as an app into existing systems.
